SALE TRANSACTIONS
Residential Properties - 7.5% of the selling Price.
Commercial/Industrial land/ building and agriculture land: 6.0% of the selling price
RENTAL TRANSACTIONS
Residential/Commercial - 10% of all Monies collected
COMMERCIAL RENTAL MANAGEMENT
Property Management Fee - As negotiated
VALUATIONS AND PROPERTY ASSESSMENT FEES
Valuations - R850.00 (plus travel expenses @ R5.50 per km)
